    Council adopted Local Law 2025 and authorised public notice in the Victorian Government Gazette, local newspapers, and the Council website. Moved Cr Liesbeth Long, seconded Cr Ben Green; carried 24 September 2025.

  5. Make MKM site at 53 Burns Street available for community garden lease

    Rear of 53 Burns Street (MKM site) be made available subject to planning approvals on a long term lease basis to the Maryborough Community Garden for the purpose of developing a community garden; CEO to list the resulting lease agreement and any other matters needing Council approval.
