  1. Appoints Cr Robert Vance as Mayor for 2023/24

    Nominations were called; Cr David Clark nominated Cr Robert Vance, seconded by Cr Ron Eason. No further nominations were received.

  2. Sets a one-year mayoral term for 2023/24

    Cr Ron Eason moved for a one-year term, seconded by Cr David Clark. The motion was put and all were in favour.

  3. Will not elect a Deputy Mayor for 2023/24

    Cr David Clark moved that no Deputy Mayor be elected, seconded by Cr Damian Ferrari. The motion was put and all were in favour.

  4. Approves councillor committee representation for 2023/24

    Council resolved to appoint councillors as representatives on committees for 2023/24, including mayor representation on GBAC and the Pyrenees Community Safety Advisory Group.

  5. Replaces CHCV with GBAC on the 2023/24 committee list

    CHCV was replaced by Greater Ballarat Alliance of Councils (GBAC) in the approved committee list for 2023/24.
