  1. Resealing contract awarded for 2023–24 works in Central Goldfields

    Council awarded Contract G1854-2023Q to Primal Surfacing Pty Ltd for $682,968.54 ex GST. Provisional roads proceed only until the $640,000 budget allocation is exhausted.

  2. Trade services panel awarded after public tender

    Council awarded Contract G1826-23 for trade services with a 2-year initial term and two 1-year extension options. Voting outcome was carried, against Cr Murphy.

  3. Bituminous spray sealing contract extended for two years

    Council extended Contract G1459-2020 by 2 years from February 2024, subject to panel acceptance. Voting outcome was carried.

  4. Tullaroop Leisure Centre community asset committee established

    Council established the Tullaroop Leisure Centre Community Asset Committee under s 65 of the Local Government Act 2020. Quorum rules and members were appointed.

  5. Audit and risk charter updated and CEO delegation set GST inclusive

    Council adopted the amended Audit and Risk Committee Charter and resolved to update the S5 Instrument of Delegation references from “ex GST” to “GST inclusive”, with the instrument coming into force immediately and revoking previous delegations to the Chief Executive Officer.
