  3. Approve Tullaroop Creek Carisbrook Advisory Group terms and appoint chair

    Council approved the Terms of Reference and appointed Cr Anna de Villiers as Chairperson, and commenced recruitment of members. Moved Cr Anna de Villiers, seconded Cr Liesbeth La Vella, carried.

  4. Refuse liquor licence for bottle shop at 111 Burke Street, Maryborough

    Council resolved to provide a notice of decision of refusal for Planning Application D071-23. Moved Cr Wayne Sproull, seconded Cr Anna de Villiers, carried.
