Approved the 2022/23 Financial Report and Performance Statement in principle
- Authorized the Chief Executive Officer to implement any changes to the financial statements as recommended by the Auditor-General
- Authorized the Mayor and Deputy Mayor to certify the 2022/23 Financial Report and Performance Statement on behalf of the Council after amendments
