  4. Endorse submission opposing DEECA PILOR methodology for large-scale BESS

    Council endorsed a draft submission opposing DEECA’s proposed PILOR methodology for large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems. Submission deadline was 30 June 2025.

  5. Appoint LBAC members and invite additional community and industry expertise

    Council appointed seven LBAC nominees and invited the President, Ballan & District Chamber of Commerce. Additional community and industry expertise to be invited as needed.
